What fingerprinting services do you provide?
We provide Live Scan fingerprinting for FDLE background checks, licensing, employment, and certifications. We also offer fingerprint cards and Department of Defense SWFT fingerprint capture for military and contractor requirements.
What is an ORI number and why do I need it?
An ORI (Originating Agency Identifier) number tells the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) where to send your fingerprint results. Your employer, licensing agency, or organization will provide this number. Without the correct ORI number, your results may not be routed properly.
Do you provide SWFT fingerprints for Department of Defense requirements?
Yes we do, for SWFT fingerprinting you will typically need a valid government-issued photo ID, your SOI (Security Office Identifier) and SON (Submitting Office Number) provided by your employer or Facility Security Officer (FSO). Some applicants may also need to provide their SSN, demographic information, or a pre-enrollment form or barcode sheet issued by their organization. These identifiers ensure your fingerprints are correctly linked to your Department of Defense background investigation
Can documents be notarized online or do I need to come in person?
We offer both in-person notarization and Remote Online Notarization (RON). With RON, documents can be notarized securely online from anywhere using a computer or mobile device.
Do I need an appointment?
No, appointments are not required and we welcome walk-ins. However, we recommend calling at least **30 minutes in advance** to ensure availability and minimize wait times. Scheduling an appointment is the best option to guarantee fast and efficient service.
What should I bring to my fingerprinting appointment?
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and any information provided by the requesting agency. For FDLE Live Scan, you will need the correct ORI number. For SWFT (DoD) fingerprinting, bring your SOI number and any instructions from your Facility Security Officer (FSO). If fingerprints are required on fingerprint cards, bring the cards or agency instructions if they were provided.
